You might of burned up the motor.Call customer service do not tell them about the water just what the sweeper is doing
Did you find the issue my shark sweeper is doing that microswitch or the brushroller motor could be the culprit
It's not in right mine was doing that until I realized i was doing it wrong
Check your microswitch it runs the headlights also
If you have the soft roller brush on the side by soft roller there's a slide button slide that the soft roller should come out.The bigger roller should have like a gray piece sticking up on the end pull up on it the roller cones out.Goodluck to you
Check on ebay there is alot of shark sweeper parts there and also Jimmys.com
I'm having the same issue shark duoclean liftaway NV801.I tore it apart bypassed the microswitch but ended up being a good switch. So I checked the belts they are good someone said it could be the brush roller motor. Its a pain to get apart and I used a small flat head screwdriver cause security screws are everywhere to take out
I have a shark duo clean lift away Model#NV801QBN.I went to run the sweeper the red light was on I cleaned everything the red light went out but no green light either.Head lights works Customer Service stated the floor head is bad from just sitting? I sweep 1x weekly its just me here
