The laptop will not turn on appropriately or show any sign of powering up

Sound of the system does not work from the system

Check the volume on the bottom right control bar with speaker symbol. Check that it is turned up loud enough. Check the volume on only on your computer (Bluetooth speaker or headphone, other devices) and check that the device is plugged in all the way. Check the volume is also turned on in the program you are running.
