My screen is frozen and mouse or keyboard does not answer on my input.

My laptop does not show up anything.

Check to see that the volume, located in the bottom right corner of the screen, is turned on loud enough. Check to see that the volume output on your computer is on loud enough. This may include the device’s speakers or headphones, if you have any plugged in. If so, check to see that the speakers are plugged in all the way. If you are running a program, check to see that the volume in the program is turned on loud enough. If none of these solve your problem, you may have a faulty driver. Note: Any of these solutions could result in your volume suddenly being very loud.
