My internet connectivity is unstable. It always get connected and disconnected within seconds. I suspect it could be antenna problem. Can advise me to change left or right antenna of my iPad mini.

The right antenna is more crucial, it is the primary tx/rx antenna and proximity sensor. Fixing the right antenna should at least get the reception back.

It is just as easy to change both. You'll have to get that sucker opened up and look for physical damage to help guide you.
