6 Why is my device not charging?
My device will not charge when it is plugged in. The battery icon on my laptop shows low battery and not charging. Why is my laptop not charging?

There are several possible causes of your laptop not charging. The most common are:
- A loose power cable. Make sure that the power cable from the wall to the charger is completely inserted.
- A bent or broken DC plug pin. Check inside of the DC plug and make sure that the pin is not damaged.
- A problem with the charger. If the charger brick is cold to the the touch despite being plugged in, the charger may be faulty.

Mine wont charge either..UNLESS i push in the charger its not the charger in the cpu plug jack just push it it to the jack and lay it against something to keep it in

What is the full model number of your laptop?
From your description it does seem as though there is a problem with the laptop's power port.
