Why is my notebook warming till shuting down when booting ubuntu?

after installing ubuntu 12.04 my notebook acer aspire 5315-2142 starts warming and the system shut down suddenly only running on ubuntu. The fact doesn`t occur when working with windows 7.

How can I solve this?
