Hi,
Download and install the Realtek Card Reader Win 10 driver for your laptop.
Here is a link. Select Windows OS, then Version Win 10, Click Update. Scroll down to Driver- Storage and click on + sign

Not working. Only BIOS detects it.
Hi, If it is listed in Device Manager, uninstall it and let Windows find it again,
