Why can't I download anything?
I have tried downloading Google Chrome, an anti virus and it just doesn't work. I have windows 10 on another computer so it's not that I don't know how to use it. I do not like Microsoft Edge at all. I got the laptop from Dell on Thursday, December 21, 2017, brand new and nothing seems to work.

Try using IE11.
It is still in Win 10

See if you can get onto a site like www.google.com then search for anything to prove that the internet connection is working
