Black and white video signal on Vizio?

My Wii is outputting black and white video to my Vizio TV. Original cable, and the audio works perfectly. It’s not the DVD drive becuase it used to put out color on my old Toshiba. How could I fix this?

I like our Wii. It's probably the only one that spins a disc and sounds like an engine.
