iPhone is disabled 5s
My iPhone has been disabled and I don't remember my passcode.even I don't Remy my apple ID and it's password.So,please help me to get my iPhone in working condition again

Plug it in iTunes and restore it. May videos on YouTube. Hopefully if it’s on an old version may not ask you for your Apple ID information. You can also try to reset your Apple ID if it does ask for it. Hope this helps

Have you iCloud set on the phone The reason I ask this first is that the phone needs to be restored to factory settings When you do this when the phone boots up one of the thinks it will ask you for is if you have iCloud set is your Apple ID and password. If you do not know these (BOTH) then it will not boot up fully Hence before you do anything ask the question is iCloud set on your phone
You tell us you donot remember your Apple ID or password
So in my view you cannot do anything only to use it has parts
