Is the CPU replaceable?

Hi,

It might be as the chipset on the motherboard is an Intel H170 which supports an i7 7700T

The big problem is whether the original CPU is hard mounted on the motherboard or not and can be removed.

Here’s the ifixit Asus Zen AiO Pro Z240IC 마더보드 교체 guide. Unfortunately the image in Step.14 doesn’t show whether it is or not as the heatsink is still in position

The real world speed test of 74.2% vs 72.4% is only a 1.8% difference, so will it be even noticeable?
