Anyone able to recommend a repairer for this webcam where the outer USB-C plug sheath has come off from the lead when unfortunately it was ‘yanked’ out at an angle from the laptop and no longer works but I can’t see how to reattach?

I am also seeking to replace the cable. I've got an e-mail out to Logitech, but I'm not going to hold my breath, because sourcing replacements for such components from an OEM, as an everyday consumer, isn't typical.
I did, however, disassemble the camera to disconnect the damaged cord, and it's remarkably easy. I'm going to create a how-to here now.

Did you solve this problem. Unfortunately one of my kids moved the computer and this corrupted the plug. So camera is unuseable now... I also sent an email months ago via feedback but it wasn't responded... So if you do have a solution please let me know

I also now have a similar problem so keen to find a solution without having to buy a whole new webcam ...
