I suggest that you disassemble the laptop so that you have good access to the broken plastic cover away from the laptop so that you can repair it without worrying about possibly damaging the other internal parts of the laptop during the repair process.

Try using an epoxy adhesive (supplier example only) to glue it back together again.

After it has cured, reassemble the laptop.

Here’s the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop which will help you. It details all the necessary pre-requisite steps and then the procedures to disassemble/reassemble the laptop.

If it doesn’t work you may have to replace the broken part.

Here’s a link to the parts for the model. Type Edge 15 laptop in the search by product name, serial number etc search box and then select your particular model variant.

When the parts list is shown, click on Select Commodity and select the particular part type required, to find the Lenovo part numbers for that part. Once you have the part number, search online using the part number only in the search term of your browser, to find suppliers that suit you best.
