Will not power on

Recently got out of storage. There was some corrosion on the battery contacts, when cleaned off all connections were checked and there appears to be no damage inside the wire casing. Tried several different batteries. Looking for suggestions, or if it is a lost cause.

You could put a multimeter in DC voltage mode and check to see if battery voltage was making it to the actual circuit board.
