new wired air buds problem

Hello! I'm here to help I just have two quick questions
Are they lightning headphones or do they use a 3.5mm jack?
And have you ruled out your phone as being the issue by connecting them to another device to test them?

Yes I did try another phone and they didn't work with them. this is the description:
2 Pack Apple Earbuds Wired with Lightning Connector[Apple MFi Certified](Built-in Microphone & Volume Control) iPhone Headphones Earphones Compatible with iPhone 14/13/12/SE/11/XR/XS/X/8/7-All iOS
@noahjln In that case there is a fix! but it's not gonna make any sense.
Those particular headphones only use the lightning port for power, they're technically Bluetooth headphones still and will need to be connected via Bluetooth in order to function.
