the stick seems broken and stuck so you will need too get it repaired

not sure if this applies to the switch lite, but I've found some joysticks get stuck if you push them too far. Try gently wiggling it and it might pop back into place

If it is stuck by a foreign object, remove the case and remove it. If not, the joystick may be broken. Just replace it
