bypass lock screen on tablet

Hello! Starting with the tablet turned off, if you hold the power and volume up buttons for a while it should load into the recovery menu! From here you should have the option to factory reset it. That's most likely your best option, although you will use all the data currently on it.

Don't remember the pin most likely don't remember the account either

That is true, atleast you can recover the username/password for a google account!
