Well do the following:

Check the BIOS/UEFI settings (covered in Chapter 4) for accuracy.
Check for overheating.
Check the motherboard for distended capacitors.
Reseat the CPU, adapters, and memory chips.
Remove unnecessary adapters and devices and boot the computer.
