If you have a Samsung Galaxy M30, try starting and then using the phone in safe mode and check its performance.
If it works OK i.e. not hanging/freezing etc, it may be that a downloaded app¹ is the cause of the problem.
The trick is to find out which one.
You will need to uninstall each download app, one by one and then test the phone in "normal mode" to see if it works OK or not. When it does them the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the cause of the problem
A downloaded app¹ is one that you downloaded and installed on the phone and didn't come pre-installed on the phone which you fist got it.

Hang and restart several times a day cause of faulty motherboard CPU need to be reball.
Only hang issue cause of software only

@abhinavpan75008 hanging where and how? On your startup screen? Anywhere else? What have you checked and what have you tried to fix that? The more details you give us, the greater the chance of getting a good answer.
