I have a entertainment center with a built in fireplace

My electric fire place does not turn on no heat flame and the fan doesn’t work either it’s just stopped for a while I was unplugging and plugging back in and it worked now it’s not doing anything

What is the make and model number of the fireplace or the entertainment centre if it is one complete unit?
