Whenever i touch the track pad of my MacBook13" (A1181) the desktop picture acts weird. It gets distorted and that happens only when i touch it, when i don't, it looks fine. Ive uploaded two states of that distortion. Any idea what it might be?

This looks more like a LCD screen failure. The display is set up like fabric with a set of Lines that run horizontally as well as vertically. As the upper is present and we see banding in the lower section of the image has lost its horizontal sync.
Other than replacing the display assembly MacBook Core 2 Duo 디스플레이 어셈블리 교체 is the only way to fix this. As the display has micro cracks which has severed some of the signal lines.
