The metal holder thing was glued to cable below. I damaged as I pulled it up and now the watch won’t turn on.

I followed the instructions and replaced the battery, but now the watch won’t turn on again. The display just stays black. I even swapped the old battery in again but same result. The watch won’t start. Nothing seems to be damaged, cables and the connectors just look fine. Any ideas?
