Distorted image
Fuzzy white circular spot appear in images shot using the flash, or there is an unclear image.
Environmental Interference
If the image is not clear, then the problem may be that particles (dust, pollen, etc) in the air reflected the flash light appeared in the image. This is not a malfunction.
Dirty Lens
Check the lens for fingerprints, or other smudges, and clean them off of the lens with a gentle cloth.
Camera will not turn on.
The light on the on/off button is not glowing.
Improper battery input
Insert the battery pack correctly. After inserting the battery pack into the camera, it may take a few moments for the camera to power up.
The battery pack is not charged.
Take the uncharged battery pack out, charge it, and replace it into the camera.
The battery pack is dead.
Replace the dead battery pack with a new one.

there is some dust in the internal lens how can i remove it ?

the USB function does not work. I get the sound when I plug it in, but no video on the computer screen. I have tried several cables with no luck. the camera works normally otherwise.
