My kinect wont work!
the light on my kinect will come on but the sensor wont come on at all . do i get another one or can it be fixed. any one know please . thank you

If it is under warranty, get another one. I am sure it could be fixed but if it is still covered I'd get it replaced.

mine is doing the same thing only my sensor wont move up so its in the downward position and I need help at first the light is green then it will turn orange or red or whatever color and stays down and the red lazer sensor doesn't come on.

Hi! I just recently rebuilt a Kinect that was in pieces. I might be able to help you out. It sounds like you have a faulty camera/s. Have you opened it up?

If it is under warranty, get another one. I am sure it could be fixed but if it is still covered I'd get it replaced.

Yeah, like oldturkey says you're probably better off getting it replaced under the warranty if it is still covered by one. It's probably easier than repairing.
