no display on screen
i turn on the computer the white led light is lit i hear the fans running but no chime or display on computer. i already replaced ram

Take the frame off and observe the diagnostic LEDs located to the right of the RAM slots. The LEDs may be covered by a piece of black tape so remove it. If you just get #1 to light, replace the power supply. If other lights are on, let us know.
