My Chromebook will not display any images even when turned on. The screen remains black. How can I fix it?

If your Chromebook won't charge even while connected to power, you may need to replace your charger. If the problem still persists, try replacing the battery. Please check out our troubleshooting page.

Try changing the sound output. Click on your account photo, and next to the volume slider, click the Right Arrow. See if you can change where the sound comes from. Please check out our troubleshooting page under the 'sound problems' section for more information.
