This worked for a few seconds, but then It just stopped, and wouldn't work afterwards. I attempted this fix 3 more times, to no avail. Will attempt to get a replacement.

Good article, although re-assembly was a bit tedious, especially redoing Step 19 and 11. Also, be careful not to cover any ribbon cables when putting in the new motherboard.
