Hi mayer, I had the same problem and fixed it removing one of the RAM modules, then resetting the PRAM by holding the option, alt P and R key while starting up (three chimes did the trick). After that I installed the RAM module I removed and it did not ask for the password again. Hope this helps! Nathan
Hi Clare, You can 'Force Quit' the Pages app. You do that by right clicking on the Pages icon in the dock and then pressing the alt key. When you press the alt key, the text 'Quit' will change into 'Force Quit'. If you click on that, Pages should close and your Mac should be able to shut down. Good luck! Nathan
Hi Joanie, If you have the iPhone 3GS, then you'll need a mini sized sim card. This is what most phones use. The iPhone 4 and 4s use a micro sim card, and the iPhone 5, 5c and 5s all use a nano sim card. Good luck! Nathan
Hi Britney, It sounds like you need to adjust the window of the graph. You can do that by clicking on the 'window' button and filling in the Xmin, Xmax and Ymin and Ymax values. Or you can do it the easy way by clicking on the 'zoom' button and then selecting 'ZStandard'. It will change to window of the graph to the standard size of -10 and +10 on both axes. Good luck! Hi Reinis, The actual click is made by the switch on the flex cable. Most of the time when a button doesn't click but still works it means that there is some dust accumulated between the actual switch and the button. You could try opening the iPhone and cleaning it. If the problem still exists after you cleaned it, replacing the home button flex cable will probably fix the problem. Good luck!
Hi Matt, It sounds like the mini-jack connector in the iPod isn't working properly. It could be that the connector in the iPod that connects the mini-jack cable to the motherboard is loose. But it is also possible that the mini-jack itself is just broken and needs to be replaced. You can replace it using this guide: iPod Classic Headphone Jack & Hold Switch Replacement And depending on the model you have you can buy on of these replacement parts: iPod Classic (Thin) Headphone Jack & Hold Switch iPod Classic (Thick) Headphone Jack & Hold Switch Good luck! Is the LCD cracked or just the glass? If it is just the glass you'll need one of these parts depending on which model you have. Wifi: iPad Front Panel Digitizer Assembly 3G: iPad 3G Screen Digitizer Good luck replacing you display!
Hi Pepe, Unfortunately Apple stopped supporting that, they probably did that to get the iMac thinner. On the older iMac models you could remove the stand and mount it using a VESA mount adapter. However, you can buy iMac's without a stand directly from Apple if you need to. http://store.apple.com/us/mac/family/ima...-vesa
Hi Troy, The trackpad screw does nothing more then a setting the right distance between the actual switch and the trackpad. You should be able to just put it back in. However, if you overtightened it and it fell out, you probably bent some of the metal of either the screw or the screw hole. If you look at it closely, can you tell if the threads are intact? If not, try filing them in the right shape again. But be careful, you don't want any filings ending up in your MacBook! Good luck!
