The Mio Alpha 2 Heart Rate monitor is one of three Mio heart rate and fitness monitoring products. It was released in 2015.
The Mio Alpha 2 Heart Rate monitor provides precision heart rate from the wrist, with no chest strap needed. This model tracks steps, calories, distance, pace and goal progress. The product has a customizable display, configurable heart rate zones and LED heart rate zone indicator. It is water resistant to 30m/3 ATM/100 ft and works with Mio PAI 1 and Mio GO apps.
