"No matter what you do, the device won't turn on"

If the device won’t turn on it is possible that the battery is drained. Try plugging the device in for a couple of hours and then try to turn it back on. If this does not solve the problem, then it is possible that the battery will need to be replaced.

If the device has experienced any form of contact with fluids or hard impact, such as water or accidental drops, then it is possible that the screen is damaged. This would result in the device working perfectly fine, but the screen being blank. This would give the appearance of the device not turning on.

"The buttons are stuck or not working, it won't let me perform the function that I want my device to do"

If the buttons are dirty or jammed it is possible that by checking on connections and ensuring that they are not filled with dust or pushed in too far, it will help ensure that your device buttons are working for the entirety of the device’s lifetime.

If the buttons are not working, then it is possible that the wired connections for the buttons are not working. Before testing this out, be sure to perform a hard reset on the device by disconnecting and removing the battery from the device and then putting it back in. If this does not resolve the issue then the connections for the buttons may need to be replaced.

"When I plug my charger into the device, nothing happens".

It is possible that the cord for the charger is worn out. Check the wires for any signs of wear. This could be anything from unusual kinks in the cable or from frayed and exposed wires. This would all warrant a replacement of the charging cable.

If the Charger has been used for a while, it may simply be time to replace the charging cord. If you can’t afford a new cord, it is possible to charge the tablet from your computer using a USB cord with the proper connections to the Tablet.

"The device does not respond when I insert a SD memory card"

If the Micro SD card isn't being read by the device it is possible that the card is being placed into the device incorrectly. If the Micro SD card has to be forced into the device, it is more than likely not in the correct orientation. It is important to ensure that it is in the right orientation to avoid damaging the port for the Micro SD card. This usually can be fixed simply by changing the way that the card is placed into the part. If this does not correct the problem, it is possible that the Micro SD card could be the wrong size, so then a new card of the proper size would fix this problem.

In addition to this, the Micro SD card could be damaged. This could be caused from improper ejection of the card from devices. It could also be a result of malware hidden in files found on the card. This would all result in the card not being read by the device.

"The device isn't making any noise while playing music"

If the device is playing music or any other noise and it's not being heard, it is possible that the headphone jack could be misaligned or that it is faulty. This can be fixed by replacing the headphone jack. A replacement guide for the part can be found below

Alternatively, it is possible that the headphones themselves are faulty, so testing the headphones out on a different device will be helpful in identifying if this is the problem as opposed to the headphone jack.

If sound is coming from the speakers but it is distorted or barely audible it is possible that you have a problem with the speakers.In this case it would be recommended that the speakers are replaced to correct this problem. A guide to the speaker replacement can be found below

"When I try to take the pictures, the camera will not display what I'm trying to capture"

If the display is damaged it could be the cause to this problem. By replacing the screen for the device, you should be able to remedy the issue.

While working on the replacement, keep in mind that it could also be caused by loosened connections of the camera to the motherboard. In this case, it would still be helpful to follow the repair guide, however a new camera for the device would not be necessary in this instance.
